Might be migraine : As a neurologist, sinus congestion and headache might be migraine. Majority of people reporting headache, nasal congestion nausea, and need to rest in quiet dark place are having migraine. Migraine occasionally could be accompanied by vertigo. My advice to write a journal of your concerns, and discuss with doctor. Also you might have non related and separate issue with vertigo.
