Chest pain : Panic attack is a frequent cause of chest pain. Ask your doctor if its the cause of yours.

Possibly...: It's " two-way street"... You could have a muscle spasm...Causing pain...Leading to fears of a "heart attack"...And "panic" or you could have unconscious reasons for anxiety that trigger panic and your body naturally tightens up when you feel threatened, so the increased muscle tension could lead to spasm and pain. Think it through... You felt perfectly fine & relaxed until... What? A therapist?
