See detail answer: Phentermine is an unsafe drug to take during lactation. Half-life elimination of Phentermine is about 20 hours.Assume you have no liver or kidney disease and you only accidentally took one pill of 30 mg then probably it is OK to resume breast feeding because it is already passed 76 hours.
