What is an acceptable heart rate for a 32 year old female smoker while sitting still? i need to know bpm.

Variable: Typically we characterize a normal heart rate in anyone as 60-100 bpm. But there is great variability in the normal population of otherwise healthy individuals. I saw a 40 yo female patient in my office today whom I deem normal who has a resting heart rate of 43 bpm.
