Height is largely : Tied to genetics. For instance, if both parents were short it wouldn't be likely that you would be very tall. The sleep would not cause you to become taller than you were genetically predisposed to be. However, if you want to reach your height potential sleep, exercise, hydration, eating healthfully ; avoiding things like smoking are important.
