Certainly: This is definitely possible. An assessment of your jaw mechanics is necessary. Popping, clicking or grating sound when opening your mouth is a sign. Trouble opening the mouth all the way, or locking of the jaw is a symptom. Overall headache management includes rising and sleeping the same time every day, drinking lots of water and minimizing caffeine.

Yes: yes of course one of the major causes of headache is TMJ. of course how bad it is going to get if no treatment was received is unpredictable. the frequency of the headache depend how far the arthritis settled in the joint. good luck

Yes: Yes. common TMJ symptom. It can get worse. See a TMJ expert for advice. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
