Look for cause: Either your hepatitis B is flaring despite (I hope) treatment, or you have some additional cause for them to be high (hemochromatosis, Wilson's, hepatitis C, autoimmunity.) You need a relationship with a competent physician who's also a good communicator. Best wishes.
