Not a dependency: The safety of each medication can vary for each unique person and, indeed, some folk are not good candidates - your doctor should know your risks. It's not habit-forming as much as risky to stop abruptly. Even if you decide to try drugs, please remember that CBT Tx optimizes outcomes w/ or w/out drugs. It can keep doses lower and briefer.
