Depends: That depends on your symptoms & side effects. If you have atypical depression - possibly wellbutrin. If you have pain - possibly cymbalta (duloxetine). If you can't sleep or are aggressive- possibly remeron. If you need inexpensive - ssri generic. I could go on & on.
