Absolutely: Were these antibiotics prescribed by a dentist for this specific problem? Not all antibiotics are the same, so something out of your medicine cabinet may not only be expired but useless for a tooth abscess. In addition, antibiotics won't fix your dental problem, they only treat the symptoms. Be seen ASAP before the pain becomes unbearable.

See a dentist ASAP: The tooth infection won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your body. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. Do not delay. Good luck.

Yes, go: If the pain is radiating that far , especially your neck, this requires immediate attention. See the Oral Surgeon ASAP, or get to the ER if after hours. Good Luck.
