Bladder irritation: If the tests have ruled out urinary tract infection, diabetes and bladder stones, you may either have a very sensitive bladder or frequent constipation. The latter fills the rectum which in turn compresses the bladder (irritation) and that simulates a full bladder which needs to be emptied
