Could Be.: Nodes under the chin are commonly lymph nodes that can enlarge with illnesses and cause discomfort. If you are otherwise well and continue to have this over the next couple weeks, certainly see your doctor.

Possible: If it is a lymph node, it may be reactive to infection. Another possibility is that it may be due to a blocked salivary duct causing salivary gland to be swollen. See u r md or an ENT specialist !
