Self check: Heart pain at your age is rare. Gaining weight with pregnancy and feeling overwhelmed with the full time responsibility for another life is not. Ask your doctor to clear you for exercise and for some serious nutritional advice. Weight watchers would be a great start. Then your friends will be telling you how good you look and you'll know you've helped yourself, your husband and your little one.

Exercise: Learn the mediterranean diet and get a minimum of half hour of aerobic exercise a day and three times a week light weight work. If the chest bothers you, check with your doctor.
