Veins: Veins around eyes become more visible from: genetic predisposition; aging; thinning skin from steroid cream or oral steroids; sun exposure. An eye MD or oculoplastic surgeon can determine best treatment and if IPL is a good option to help (eyedoc2020@blogspot.com for more info).
