Nasal saline: A few drops of nasal saline in each nostril followed by bulb suctioning can help nasal congestion in babies. The nasal saline helps to shrink the swollen tissue in the nose. I would do this as needed for congestion up to four times a day. If your baby is having breathing problems or fever, then consult your doctor immediately.
