very tender spot on top of head where babies get soft spots that burns when touched sometimes. liquid comes out (clear smooth liquid). what is this?

Scalp lesion?: The bones of the skull should have been fused for a very long time now (you are 26, right?). I suspect that what you are referring to is a superficial scalp lesion; however, the only way to determine is to be seen by a physician so that they can examine the area of concern and then treat accordingly.
