Quit squatting w/wts: Any knee pain is from what excess load is placed on the body above the knee voluntarily or otherwise. You are voluntarily lifting weights well beyond what your knees can handle & if you keep this up, you might tear, shear or sprain your knee menisci & you'll be in trouble.Also, not knowing your gait pattern, if you have residual knee pain without weights, it can be cause/effect on your lower back.
