Hyperventilation: Hyperventilation occurs with rapid / deep breathing. It lowers your CO2 pressure in your circulation. Low CO2 pressure can lead to lightheadedness and even fainting. Breath slowly into a paperbag for 1 minute. You would normalize the CO2 and alleviate the symptoms.
