Very common: Anxiety associated with stress is very common. Try to relax and take deep breaths. If that doesn't work, remove yourself to a place with less stimuli and close your eyes, take deep breaths, and start by tensing muscles at the top of your head and then focusing on relaxing them. Do this for your whole body down to your toes. (Progressive Muscle Relaxation).
