Fasting: 10 hrs of not eating should not typically cause any symptoms and certainly wouldn't cause any breathing issues. You can see if stopping this for a day or two helps.

Lightheaded : Yes- it could be your blood pressure , blood sugar or hydration is off with your fasting. Recommend you take a break ( 14 hours is safe in general) , increase fluids and get checked by your doctor- discuss what’s a safe plan for your body and health goals. Best wishes!
