No Risk: Having a single ventricle and getting a tattoo should not be an issue. This condition does not put you at risk for more serious complications of tattoo application. Typical risks associated with tattoos include unclean needles with risk of transmission of infection, contact dermatitis, skin infection, etc. If you are concerned talk to your cardiologist about risk associated with your condition.
