I doubt it: I did a brief web search & didn't see anything suggesting it was any better than placebo. A balanced diet high in vegetables (variety is key - lots of colors), nuts & legumes & healthy fats, with adequate fluids/sleep/exercise & limited bad health habits is tried & true - though not sexy nor a "magic bullet" nor nearly as expensive.
