Yes: If you feel compelled to do these things, and you know that the compulsion is irrational but you still can't keep yourself from doing it, then this is consistent with ocd. Many people have these kinds of quirks and choose to do nothing about them. It's a concern only if it interferes with your functioning (socially or occupationally). You have a symptom. It's only a disorder if it gets in the way.
