Keeping a diary? : It's not likely you're having a problem, unless your symptoms are always recurring on the same side in the same extremities. If they do, then you need a neurology assessment. If not, then you may want to keep a diary, recording timing, nature & any associated features of your symptoms. Get checked if to you they are problematic. Hope that helps.
