I took 2 mg of ativan (lorazepam) yesterday at 7 p.m. i wanted to drink a few alcohol tomorrow at around 2 p.m. would the ativan (lorazepam) have worn off by then?

Most likely: since the half-life is about 12 hrs and at least three half-lives have past by then you should be OK as long as you have normal liver and kidney function.
