No guarantees: Is a small dose, however about 1/2 of the medication is still in your system so you should be careful how much you drink and definitely do not drive.

No: No...This combination is not recommended.. 0.5 is a small dose and 10 hours is a long time, but to be safe, i would avid the use of acohol. I would consult with the physician who prescribed the Lorazepam (ativan)..Before using any alcohol while you are on this mediation..
