Probably: In moderation. Ativan and alcohol work on the same receptors (GABA) in your brain. ONE dose of Ativan 11 hours ago is largely gone from your system. One glass of wine or one beer 12 hours before or after taking lorazepam is probably ok assuming normal liver function and no other drugs or meds in your body.
