Chest mass: Need further imaging to know for sure. If outside the ribcage, start with an ultrasound. I had a patient with serious pain from a lipoma invading into muscle of his chest. After surgery, he was fine. If internal to the rib cage, a high sensitivity chest CT would better delineate the mass. Obviously, a biopsy by a chest surgeon is needed for pathology and more precise diagnosis. Please follow up.
