My pain dr put me on opana. since it has 10% bioavailabilty does that mean it's less effective than other pain meds?

Bioavailability: This term refers to absorption, not effectiveness. Most medicines taken by mouth have less than 100% bioavailability. Effectiveness would be the relief of your pain.
