I am on a roxicodine (4x 15mg daily) opana (15mg 1xdaily) withdrawal because someone stole them.! is there any chance i could die from withdrawals?

Unlikely: You may take over the counter medications for pain relief. Make sure to not exceed the recommended doses. If you can manage without the medications that were stolen, you may look at it as a blessing. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
