Yes,: most of these screening tests are looking for the final metabolite of drugs, which is morphine and Codeine for most (but not all) opiates. Opana is hydromorphone, which is metabolized mostly into morphine and maybe a little codeine. However, positives on screening tests should be confirmed with more sophisticated (as well as expensive) testing.
