Ulcer disease.: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications cause ulcers, salt retention, hypertension, heart failure and an increased chance of having a heart attack. Other than that, they're fairly safe. The symptoms reported suggest drug-related ulcerations which should be treated by stopping the NSAID drug and starting an anti-acid medication for 2 weeks (a PPI med might be best). See a doctor for this.

Acid reflux : Sounds like you are having gastric acid reflux . Anti inflammatory medications can worsen your symptoms. You can start proton pump Inhibitors like omeprazole ( provided you are not allergic to them ) . If that doesn’t help then please see your doctor.
