Spray technique: If you suffer from allergic rhinitis and are taking a daily intranasal spray medication your nose bleeds could be due to poor technique. Use proper technique to minimized nose bleeds. Make sure you are aiming sprayer away from septum. I tell my patients to aim toward outside corner of right eye if spraying in right nostril, and outside corner of left eye if spraying in left nostril.
