Given the timing: and season, it is most likely caused by allergies. You need to start on an antihistamine such as Claritin-D, Allegra-D or Zyrtec-D and take that for about 1 week, then switch to formulation without the D (for decongestant) as you cannot use decongestant for a long period of time as it stops working. Use a Flonase nasal spray daily and saline spray if you bleed easily.
