Not significant: A positive SSB by itself has no clinical significance.

Musculoskeletal: 50y female w. chronic widespread "joint pain" absent Rheumatologic diagnosis via lab studies also reports autonomic nervous system-mediated symptoms of "hypotension & sweating". This symptom constellation is compatible with Fibromyalgia. Mention this consideration to your Rheumatologist; in a non-demanding way because many Specialists abhor patients' self-considered ideas about their problems.
