No. If a maximum : adult dose of 70 mg. does not last ~12 hours, talk to your psychiatrist about adding a non-stimulant medication, splitting your dose, etc. Do not attempt to increase the effect on your own, as serious cardiovascular side effects may occur. In general, urine acidifying agents decrease blood level & efficacy of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine); alkalinizing agents increase these. Alcohol is unsafe to use with Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
