Depends: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is a derivative of Dexedrine, a stimulant medication. Concerta is a long acting form of Ritalin (methylphenidate), also as stimulant. Strattera is a non-stimulant option. There is no one better or best option. Talk with ur doc and discuss the risks/benefits & side effects of each med in *your* case and determine the best course of action for you specifically. Good luck!

Sorry: That depends. Everyone responds differently. It is unfortunately a process of trial and error at present.

Depends on condition: The best medication depends on what needs to be treated. If it is ADHD than Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) would be my choice.
