PMDD: You may have some accompanying premenstrual dysphoric disorder (pmdd), which is commonly found associated with anxiety and add/adhd patients. Let your treating dr. ADHD meds: Do not help pms. Sounds like you might need something for the pms. See your doctor for that and continue the adhd meds for adhd.
