Is my pms/period making my adhd meds, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) 30 mg, less effective? feels like they hardly work before/on some of my periods when i usually respond well to them. very unfocused, unmotivated, hungry

PMDD: You may have some accompanying premenstrual dysphoric disorder (pmdd), which is commonly found associated with anxiety and add/adhd patients. Let your treating dr. Know your symptoms and discuss the casual relationship with your periods, and other medications may be of benefit to you. Best wishes.

ADHD meds: Do not help pms. Sounds like you might need something for the pms. See your doctor for that and continue the adhd meds for adhd.
