Probably not related: Pain, anxiety, fear, physical activity (both aerobic and anaerobic) and other factors can increase BP. Passing gas without pain or other symptoms is unlikey to have much effect on BP.

In the short run: If you feel quite bloated and uncomfortable, it could lead to elevated blood pressures but wouldn't really be a cause of long term hypertension. Realize that any level of stress, anxiety, pain can cause your blood pressure to be elevated, due to the hormonal cascade set in motion due to the aforementioned issues.
