See a doctor: your daughter need a X ray to find out what is wrong. she could had a fracture either during birth,or later and was not recognized. it could be a normal congenital variation. see a doctor for at least a simple X ray good luck

See a physician: It could be many different things. You should take your daughter to her pediatrician for appropriate evaluation. Physical exam, including visualization, inspection of mobility, evaluation of pain, physical exam of other body parts and regions, will lead to further recommendations, that may include blood work, xrays, etc. Good luck!
