Yes: BUN can be influenced by hydration status (how much fluid intake you have daily) and goes up if you are dehydrated. A level of 7 is normal. GFR stands for glomerular filtration rate and is a gauge of how well your kidneys are filtering your blood. GFR is usually estimated from the blood creatinine level, which you did not provide. Since GFR is normal, can assume creatinine is fine as well.
