Sounds okay: I'm guessing that you had one of these modern lab tests that estimates glomerular filtration rate from creatinine, race, and other stuff. This is subscientific and if your physician told you to forget about it, so much the better. If I've misunderstood, please write back to the physician team here and explain. Thanks.
