Could be...: This could be related to a viral infection and it is common that after the fever the rash appears. However, if you still feel ill and since we are unable to look at the rash right now( unless you make a consult via video or pictures in HT Prime) you should be seen for a final diagnosis and management. There are other conditions that can present in a similar way.
