stiff neck with pain in the back. upper front of neck mostly painful to the touch. right side worse than left. right side of upper forehead sensitive?

Common: neck and lower back pain are the most common complaint in this country, perhaps the world. Many have arthritis, some have disc disease, some have very little of anything on xray, MRI or CT scan. Most I see start after an injury, in the case of neck, usually suffen jarring injuries to the neck. I like using botox for this.
