Diet/supplements: In your diet reduce fat, sugar, salt and caffeine. Increase soy in diet. Adding B6 and magnesium may be helpful (needs to be both together). Add vitamin E. The supplement Vitex can also be helpful but may take up to 3 months to take effect. Exercise daily may also help. Good luck.

Magnesium, homeopathy: I agree with Dr. Robinson's excellent advice. See http://wellnessmama.com/7199/pms-cramps-remedies/ for more on supplements, herbs and diet changes. Magnesium, esp. as taurate or glycinate often helps. Also consider homeopathy- ideally see a homeopath but you could try on your own: http://treatment.hpathy.com/homeo-medicine/homeopathy-menstrual-cramps/ Acupuncture/Chinese herbs can also help.
