How to get rid of menstrual cramps without medicine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Some herbs can help: But you should have an exam and ultrasound and possible blood work to make sure you do not have certain gyn conditions that may require meds or surgery. There are many meds that can help now and it is better to take a med for a few days than to suffer. There is a newer med called Lysteda that slows down bleeding so that usually decreases cramps and many older meds that will help with cramps.
