Wellbutrin, (bupropion) Prozac: I understand your concern for addition of Wellbutrin (bupropion) with Prozac. It is likely that you have severe depression which did not get alleviated with Prozac 40mg/day. Please provide complete history of stressors in your life and use of any Alcohol or drugs to your psychiatrist and discuss need for addition of Wellbutrin (bupropion). Intensive individual therapy and therapy with your family will be beneficial.
