Other tests?: Reference ranges for this by lab so HOW high is it, and would like to know what T4 and TSH were. An elevated T3 (liothyronine) or T4 can mean you have hyperthyroidism. Speak with your dr and get other test results.

It depends...: If you are taking thyroid hormone then this may be a sign you are taking too much, though if the test was done shortly after taking it then it may not be a problem. If not taking thyroid then you might be hyperthyroid and/or have thyroiditis. What is your TSH? Your free T3 (liothyronine) should be rechecked.
