My free t4 is 0.6 pg/ml free t3 is 2.9pg/ml tsh is 2.79 i am currently taking 25mcg of cytomel (liothyronine) a day should i up m dose? i'm a 43yr old male

T3 (liothyronine): I like to keep my patient's T3 (liothyronine) level between 3.2-4.0. I also check the patients symptoms to make sure they are no longer symptomatic.
