A member asked:

Pinching in posterior lower leg when walking, sometimes sitting. there is a vein sticking out but the pinching is not in same area. ultrasound normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Evaluate Achilles: Need to look at structures in the lower leg. The Achilles tendon is big player here. This can be vascular, neurological and muscular issues that need to be evaluated. The sticking out of the vein may be a clue - need to know why it is sticking out.
